彭博消息，高盛集團晉陞95位管理人員為合伙人，新增人數創下所羅門(David Solomon)於2018年接掌該公司以來最高。
此次晉陞人數超過了所羅門於2022年創下的前一高位，當時有80名員工晉級。
高盛合伙人每兩年遴選一次，今年是所羅門任期內的第四屆。自所羅門在2018年接掌高盛以來，他就下決心在擴大合伙人範圍的同時減少合伙人數量，並增加他們所享有的財務補貼。
目前，高盛的合伙人數量略高於400名，不到高盛員工總數的1%。
這也是2010年以來規模最大的一次，高盛新增合伙人最多的一次是在2006年，當時有115人新晉合伙人。
