Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and designing pitchbooks and presentations for investors.
2. Liaising with investors on investment strategies, fund performance and responding to ad hoc queries.
3. Conducting financial analysis for investors and supporting them through due diligence processes.
4. Researching and preparing background materials as required by the investor relations function in advance of business development/ fund raising trips.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related disciplines.
2. 3-5 years’ solid working experience in IR with financial firms.
3. Strong financial and analytical skills.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Native Mandarin speaker.
6. Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
